About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join a talented kitchen team in Canberra. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional who loves creating exceptional food, enjoys variety, and thrives in both restaurant service and event catering. You’ll work with quality local produce, lead by example in a fast-paced environment, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences across regular service and special events.
